The PV Bracket Roll Forming Machine is a fully automatic, high-precision cold roll forming equipment specially designed for manufacturing high-strength photovoltaic (PV) brackets — the core load-bearing and fixing components for global solar energy power generation systems. Core Components of Our PV Bracket Roll Forming Machine
Sistema de desenrollado hidráulico de alta resistencia: Built for large-weight anti-corrosion steel coils used in PV bracket production, this system is equipped with a hydraulic expansion uncoiler with a load capacity of 5-10 tons, supporting coil widths ranging from 50-350mm and material thickness of 1.0-3.0mm. It features automatic hydraulic deviation correction, pressure holding and anti-slip feeding rollers, paired with a reinforced feeding guide bridge to prevent material wrinkling, scratching or misalignment. It is fully compatible with all high-grade anti-corrosion metal coils for PV bracket manufacturing, ensuring smooth and stable feeding for long-term high-intensity production runs.

Unidad de nivelación de precisión y servoalimentación: Equipped with 9-13 groups of high-precision leveling rollers, this unit effectively eliminates curling stress and surface unevenness of thick steel strips, guaranteeing the raw material is perfectly flat before entering the forming station. It supports adjustable leveling intensity for different material thicknesses and strengths, which is critical to ensuring the finished PV brackets have uniform profile, straight edges and stable load-bearing performance. The servo-driven precision feeding system ensures accurate feeding length and constant speed, matching the high-speed forming process without slipping or position deviation.

Multi-Specification Quick-Change Forming Main Unit: As the core of the entire machine, the forming unit adopts a rigid thick-walled steel frame with overall stress relief treatment, composed of 16-28 groups of precision forming roller stations. The forming rollers are crafted from high-grade GCr15 bearing steel or Cr12MoV alloy steel, processed via precision CNC machining, integral quenching and tempering, and hard chrome plating, with a hardness of HRC 60-65, delivering ultra-high wear resistance and a service life of over 800,000 meters. Driven by a high-power servo motor and precision gearbox transmission, it supports quick adjustment of bracket width and height within a certain range, and can switch between different PV bracket profiles by replacing partial rollers, realizing multi-purpose production in one machine.


Synchronous Automatic Punching System: PV brackets require precise mounting holes for fixing solar panels, ground anchors and roof connectors, so this machine is equipped with a servo-driven synchronous punching unit that runs in full sync with the forming process without stopping the production line. It can punch standard round holes, slotted holes, oblong holes and connecting holes with uniform size and spacing, with punching accuracy controlled within ±0.2mm. The punching position, hole spacing and size can be flexibly set via the touch screen, fully complying with international photovoltaic engineering installation standards, ensuring perfect fitting and quick on-site construction.


Sistema de corte con cizalla volante de alta precisión: To match the high-efficiency forming speed, our machine adopts advanced servo flying shear cutting technology, enabling non-stop fixed-length cutting during continuous production. The cutting blades are made of heat-treated high-strength alloy steel, ensuring smooth, burr-free cutting edges and no bracket deformation. Cutting accuracy is controlled within ±0.5mm, and the cutting length can be freely adjusted between 1-12 meters via the PLC touch screen, adapting to standard transportation lengths and customized project requirements for ground and rooftop photovoltaic projects.

Mecanismo automático de descarga y apilado: Designed for long and heavy PV bracket profiles, this unit features a hydraulic lifting discharge rack and pneumatic pressing stacking device with soft rubber contact pads, avoiding surface scratches on galvanized or galvanized aluminum-magnesium coated brackets. It automatically arranges and stacks finished products neatly, reducing manual handling labor and product damage, while protecting the anti-corrosion coating integrity and overall product quality.

Sistema de control PLC inteligente: The full production line is controlled by a renowned international brand PLC (Siemens/Mitsubishi/Delta) with a user-friendly large touch screen operation panel, supporting multi-language switching including English, Spanish, Arabic, French, Russian and Portuguese. It realizes full-process automatic control, with functions such as production counting, fault self-diagnosis, emergency stop, parameter memory, quick size adjustment and production speed regulation. The system is simple to operate, requiring only 1-2 workers to monitor, with stable, low-failure operation for long-term continuous production.
