Our high-precision solar bracket forming machine operates through a streamlined, automated process that transforms raw metal coils into high-quality solar brackets. Each step is carefully engineered to ensure precision and efficiency:
Primer paso: Uncoiling and Feeding The process begins with the uncoiling of raw metal coils—typically high-strength galvanized steel or aluminum, materials chosen for their corrosion resistance and durability in outdoor environments. Our machines are equipped with a hydraulic uncoiler with a capacity of up to 10 tons, which uses hydraulic power to expand and contract the core, ensuring smooth, consistent uncoiling. The metal sheet is then fed into the machine by a precision feeding device, which uses rubber-coated rollers to grip the sheet firmly without damaging its surface. The feeding speed is adjustable (5-30 meters per minute) and controlled by a frequency converter, ensuring accurate synchronization with the forming process.

Segundo paso: Pre-Processing (Optional) For specialized applications, some models offer optional pre-processing functions, such as punching or embossing. Punching devices use high-speed hydraulic punching heads to create precise holes for bolt connections, a critical feature in solar bracket assembly. Embossing rollers can add decorative or functional patterns to the metal sheet, enhancing its slip resistance or aesthetic appeal. These pre-processing steps are fully integrated into the production line, eliminating the need for additional processing equipment and saving time.
Paso 3: Precision Forming The core of the machine is the forming system, consisting of 20-25 sets of sequentially arranged rollers. Each set of rollers has a unique profile, designed to gradually shape the metal sheet into the desired bracket configuration (e.g., C-channel, U-channel, or custom profiles). The initial sets of rollers straighten the metal sheet, eliminating any curvature or waviness. As the sheet progresses through the subsequent rollers, it is gradually bent and shaped into the final bracket profile. The forming process is conducted at room temperature (cold forming), which preserves the material’s strength and integrity while reducing energy consumption compared to hot forming.

Paso 4: High-Precision Cutting Once the bracket profile is fully formed, the sheet is fed into the cutting system. Controlled by the PLC, the system accurately measures the length of the formed profile based on the operator’s input parameters. High-speed hydraulic shearing blades—made from high-quality Cr12 steel with a heat-treated hardness of HRC58°-60°—make clean, precise cuts, ensuring a length accuracy of ±2mm. This level of precision is critical for ensuring that the brackets fit together seamlessly during installation.

Paso 5: Stacking and Collection Finished brackets are automatically conveyed to the stacking area, where an optional automatic stacking device arranges them neatly in a pre-set pattern. The stacking device uses adjustable conveyor belts or mechanical arms to handle the brackets gently, minimizing damage. Stacked brackets are then ready for packaging, storage, or direct transportation to the construction site, streamlining the logistics process.
