Sistema de desenrollado hidráulico de alta resistencia: Built for large-weight steel coils dedicated to floor deck production, this system is equipped with a hydraulic drive uncoiler with a maximum load capacity of 5-10 tons, supporting coil widths ranging from 500-1250mm and material thickness of 0.8-3.0mm. It features automatic hydraulic expansion, pressure holding and deviation correction functions, paired with a feeding guide bridge and anti-slip pressure rollers, ensuring stable and smooth feeding of thick and wide steel coils, preventing material scratches, misalignment and wrinkling, and adapting to various high-strength steel materials for high-quality floor deck manufacturing.
Unidad de nivelación de precisión y servoalimentación: Equipped with 11-17 groups of high-precision leveling rollers, this unit effectively eliminates curling stress, waviness and surface unevenness of wide steel strips, guaranteeing the raw material is completely flat and straight before entering the forming system. It supports adjustable leveling intensity for different steel thicknesses and strengths, which is critical to ensuring the final floor deck panels have perfect flatness, consistent cross-section and stable load-bearing performance. The servo-driven precision feeding system ensures accurate feeding length and constant speed, matching the high-speed forming process without material slipping or deviation.

Reinforced Heavy-Duty Forming Main Unit: As the core of the entire high-quality machine, the forming unit adopts an integrated thick-walled steel frame with overall tempering and stress relief treatment, composed of 22-36 groups of heavy-duty forming roller stations. The forming rollers are made of high-grade GCr15 bearing steel or Cr12MoV alloy steel, processed by precision CNC machining, integral quenching and tempering, and hard chrome plating, with a hardness of HRC 60-65, featuring ultra-high wear resistance, pressure resistance and a service life of over 1 million meters. Driven by a high-power servo motor and precision gearbox transmission, it ensures synchronous and stable operation of all roller groups, forming high-strength profiled floor decks in one pass with no deformation or size deviation.

Optional Synchronous Punching System: For floor deck panels that need to be connected with steel beams and embedded parts, the machine can be equipped with a servo-driven synchronous punching unit that runs in full sync with the forming process without stopping the production line. It can punch standard connection holes, fixing holes and vent holes with uniform size and spacing, with punching accuracy controlled within ±0.3mm. The punching position and parameters can be flexibly set via the touch screen, fully complying with international floor deck installation standards, ensuring perfect fitting during on-site construction.

High-Precision Cutting System: To match the high-efficiency forming speed and ensure product integrity, our high-quality machine adopts advanced servo flying saw cutting or hydraulic shear cutting technology, both of which realize non-stop fixed-length cutting during continuous production. Equipped with heat-treated high-strength alloy steel blades, it ensures smooth cutting edges, no burrs and no panel deformation, with cutting accuracy as high as ±0.5mm. The cutting length can be freely adjusted between 1-12 meters via the intelligent PLC system, adapting to standard engineering lengths and customized length requirements of global construction projects.

Mecanismo automático de descarga y apilado: Designed for wide and heavy floor deck panels, this unit includes a hydraulic lifting discharge rack and pneumatic pressing stacking device with soft rubber contact pads, avoiding surface scratches on galvanized or coated floor decks. It can automatically stack finished panels neatly and stably, reducing manual handling labor and potential product damage, improving overall production efficiency and protecting product surface quality and corrosion resistance.

Sistema de control PLC inteligente: The entire production line is controlled by a well-known international brand PLC (Siemens/Mitsubishi/Delta) with a large humanized touch screen operation panel, supporting multi-language switching including English, Spanish, Arabic, French, Russian and Portuguese. It realizes full-process automatic control of uncoiling, leveling, forming, punching, cutting and stacking, with functions of production counting, fault self-diagnosis, emergency stop, parameter memory and production speed regulation. The system is easy to operate, requires only 1-2 workers to monitor, with stable and low-failure operation for long-term continuous high-intensity production.
