It consists of 14-26 independent forming frames, each equipped with forming rollers made of high-quality alloy steel (after quenching and tempering treatment, with high wear resistance and durability). Fixed-Length Cutting System: This system cuts the continuously formed shelf columns into fixed-length finished products according to preset dimensions. Adopting advanced flying saw cutting technology, it can achieve high-speed and high-precision cutting (cutting accuracy ±0.5mm) without stopping the production line, ensuring smooth cutting surfaces and no deformation. For special needs, shear cutting or stamping cutting modes can also be configured. Key components include a servo-driven flying saw, length measurement sensor, and automatic control system.

Discharging & Stacking Mechanism: Used to stably receive the cut finished shelf columns and complete automatic stacking or conveying. Common types include inclined discharge racks, chain conveyors, and automatic stacking robots. The mechanism is designed according to the length and weight of the shelf columns, ensuring safe and efficient discharging, reducing manual labor, and improving overall production efficiency.

Intelligent Electrical Control System: As the “brain” of the entire production line, it controls all links such as motor start-stop, speed regulation, forming synchronization, punching parameter setting, cutting length adjustment, and production counting.
