The forming molds are customized and processed according to the standard dimensions of various partition keels (such as C-type, U-type, and L-type keels). The mold gap and forming angle are precisely calibrated, ensuring that the dimensional deviation of the formed keels is less than ±0.5mm. This high precision ensures that the keels can be closely connected with gypsum boards, calcium silicate boards and other facing materials during installation, avoiding gaps and unevenness, and greatly improving the structural stability and sound insulation effect of the partition walls. At the same time, the smooth surface of the keels produced by the machine also enhances the aesthetic appearance of the interior decoration.


Stable and Durable Structural Design
The machine frame is made of thickened high-quality steel plates, which are welded by automatic submerged arc welding technology. The welding seams are firm and uniform, and the overall structure has excellent rigidity and load-bearing capacity. Key stress points are reinforced with triangular rib plates, which can effectively resist the high-pressure impact generated during the forming process and avoid frame deformation even under long-term continuous operation.

The forming system adopts a multi-pass progressive forming design, which gradually bends the metal sheet into the required keel shape, ensuring the uniformity of the keel section and the stability of the forming process.

The standard model can achieve a forming speed of 15-25 meters per minute, and a single machine can produce up to 3,000 meters of qualified partition keels per day, which is 3-5 times the production efficiency of traditional equipment. The machine is fully equipped with an advanced PLC control system. Operators can easily set and adjust production parameters (such as keel length, forming speed, etc.) through the touch screen. The system can automatically complete the whole process of feeding, forming, length measurement and cutting, with high automation degree, which not only reduces the dependence on manual operation and the error caused by human factors, but also shortens the operator’s training time. In addition, the optional automatic stacking device can realize the automatic sorting and stacking of finished keels, reducing manual handling links and improving the overall production efficiency.
