Floor deck roll forming machine, also known as metal deck roll former or composite decking forming machine, is a continuous cold roll forming line specially built to produce galvanized steel floor deck panels for composite concrete floor systems. These steel deck sheets act as permanent formwork and work together with poured concrete to create strong, lightweight composite slabs widely adopted in modern steel construction projects.
This production line processes GI steel coils through decoiling, leveling, multi-station progressive forming, embossing (optional), hydraulic cut-to-length and finished sheet stacking. It supports open-type, dovetail and closed rib floor deck profiles, including common TR50, TR60, TR72, bondek profiles popular in Southeast Asia, Middle East, Europe and North America markets.

Stable High Precision Forming
Rollers are made of Cr12MoV alloy steel, heat-treated and hard chrome-plated. Multi-pass forming stations ensure uniform rib height, flat surface and consistent profile without twisting or warping. The length tolerance is controlled within ±2 mm, meeting strict requirements of structural engineering inspection.
Fully Automatic PLC Control System
Equipped with famous brand PLC and touch screen HMI. Operators set target length, production quantity and speed directly on the panel. Encoder real-time tracking guarantees accurate cutting. The system saves production recipe data for quick profile changeover, reducing downtime between different orders. Optional automatic quick-change mould design is available for customers with multiple deck profiles.
Heavy Duty Hydraulic Cutting Unit
Independent hydraulic station with cooling system provides stable cutting force. The flying cut or stop-cut structure delivers burr-free, clean cuts. It works steadily under long continuous running, suitable for mass production of floor deck sheets for warehouses, shopping malls, high-rise buildings and parking lots.
Wide Material & Profile Customization
Our floor deck forming line adapts galvanized steel from 0.4 mm to 1.5 mm thickness. We customise working width, rib depth, embossing patterns and line layout according to customers’ drawings or samples. You can choose basic semi-auto version or full automatic line with hydraulic decoiler, auto stacker and punching device integrated.
Low Maintenance & Long Service Life
Thick welded machine base with shot blasting anti-rust treatment greatly improves rigidity. Standard electrical and hydraulic components from reliable suppliers lower failure rate. Normal service life can reach more than 10 years with regular lubrication and maintenance. We provide CE and ISO certification for export clearance.
