Compared with traditional manual processing or semi-automatic production, the production efficiency is increased by 4-6 times, with a production speed of 12-30 m/min (adjustable according to material thickness and product specifications) and a maximum capacity of 180-220 bracket sections per hour. The mold is designed with a quick-change structure, and the mold change time can be shortened to 8-12 minutes, realizing flexible switching between different types and specifications of PV brackets without replacing the entire mold set. In addition, the machine is compatible with multiple materials, including hot-dip galvanized steel, stainless steel, and aluminum alloy, which have excellent corrosion resistance and can adapt to harsh outdoor environments such as high temperature, humidity, and strong wind.

The main frame of the machine is welded with high-strength 45# H-type steel plate, and the whole frame is subjected to heat treatment to eliminate internal stress, ensuring strong rigidity, stable structure, and no deformation during long-term high-speed operation. Key components such as servo motor (Yaskawa), inverter (Mitsubishi), hydraulic pump (Bosch), and encoder (Omron) are all well-known international brands, ensuring the reliability and service life of the equipment (up to 100,000 working hours). The machine is equipped with complete safety protection devices, including emergency stop buttons, safety protective covers for transmission parts, and overload protection systems, fully guaranteeing the safety of operators and equipment during production. Detailed Production Process
Decoiling & Leveling: The metal coil (hot-dip galvanized steel, stainless steel, etc.) is placed on the hydraulic uncoiler (load capacity up to 5t), which realizes motorized active decoiling. The 7-9 roller precision leveling device flattens the coil, ensuring that the raw material is flat, free of wrinkles, and has uniform thickness, laying a foundation for high-precision forming. The uncoiler supports a coil inner diameter of φ480-580mm and a maximum width of 500mm.
Servo Feeding: The Yaskawa servo feeder accurately feeds the leveled metal sheet into the next process, with a feeding width of up to 500mm and a feeding thickness of 1.2-3.0mm. The feeding length is precisely controlled by the PLC system, ensuring consistent feeding accuracy and avoiding size deviation of the PV bracket.

Hydraulic Punching: The hydraulic punching system with a working pressure of 20MPa completes the punching of mounting holes, connecting holes, and positioning holes according to the set parameters. The punching position and hole size can be freely adjusted through the touch screen, with high punching precision and efficiency. The hole type can be customized as round holes, oblong holes, or slot holes according to project needs.

Roll Forming: The metal sheet enters the 16-22 station roll forming machine through the guide device. The precision rollers gradually form the sheet into the required PV bracket shape, including edge folding, corner forming, and reinforcement rib forming. The added anti-scratch roller ensures that the surface of the bracket is smooth and free of defects, especially protecting the galvanized layer or coating from damage.

Fixed-Length Cutting & Edge Trimming: The hydraulic cutting device or fly-cut device (optional) cuts the formed continuous bracket to the set length, with a cutting tolerance of ≤±0.5mm. The edge trimming device trims the edges of the bracket to ensure neat edges and no burrs, improving the overall quality and safety of the product.

Finished Product Collection & Stacking: The finished PV brackets are automatically conveyed to the finished product rack, and the optional automatic stacker can stack the brackets into programmed numbers and layers, which is convenient for manual packaging, storage, and transportation, saving labor costs and improving production efficiency.
