Working Principle & Production Process

The double layer roof tile forming machine adopts dual-group independent cold roll forming technology. The upper and lower layers are equipped with independent feeding, forming and cutting systems, which can operate independently without interference. It processes color steel coils, galvanized steel coils and aluminum-zinc coated steel coils into finished roof tiles through physical cold bending and rolling, without high-temperature processing, ensuring the integrity of raw material coating and physical properties.

Complete production workflow: First, two sets of raw material steel coils are placed on independent feeding racks; the raw materials are automatically fed into the upper and lower forming systems respectively, and leveled by the leveling device to eliminate board wrinkles and unevenness; then multi-group precision rollers perform gradual rolling and profiling to form two different standard roof tile shapes; finally, the hydraulic automatic cutting system cuts according to the preset length, and finished products are output automatically. The whole process is intelligently controlled with stable molding and high yield.
