Core Structure
Uncoiler: As the starting link of the keel production line, the uncoiler is mainly responsible for supporting and stably releasing the metal coil. It is made of high-strength steel plate through integral welding and tempering treatment, which effectively eliminates internal stress, avoids body deformation, and has a stable structure and strong load-bearing capacity. It can adapt to metal coils of different weights (1-6 tons) and widths (500-1000mm), fully meeting the production needs of various types and specifications of keels. The equipped automatic tension control system can intelligently adjust the unwinding tension and speed according to the thickness of the coil and the forming speed, ensuring that the sheet enters the leveling device smoothly and continuously, avoiding production interruptions caused by coil loosening, jamming, or deviation. The uncoiler is also equipped with a coil centering device, which can automatically adjust the position of the coil to ensure that the sheet is aligned with the forming host, further improving the forming precision and avoiding edge deviation of the keel.

Forming Host: The forming host is the “heart” of the high-quality keel roll forming machine, and its performance directly determines the shape precision, size consistency, and structural strength of the keel. The forming host adopts a heavy-duty cast iron frame structure, which is tempered to enhance rigidity and stability, effectively reducing vibration during high-speed operation and ensuring long-term stable use. The internal forming rollers are made of high-quality GCr15 alloy steel, which is processed by precision machining, quenching, and tempering treatment, with a hardness of HRC58-63℃, featuring high hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance, which can withstand long-term high-speed friction and pressure and maintain stable forming precision. The roller shaft is made of 40Cr alloy steel, which is quenched and tempered to a hardness of HB280-300, ensuring strong load-bearing capacity and stable power transmission. Different models of forming hosts are equipped with corresponding adjustable roller groups, which can be flexibly adjusted according to the type (U-shaped, C-shaped, L-shaped, T-shaped), width (50-200mm), thickness (0.5-2.0mm), and height (30-100mm) of the keel, realizing the production of various types and specifications of high-quality keels. The transmission system adopts advanced gearbox and servo drive technology, ensuring stable power transmission, high transmission efficiency, and precise control of the forming speed (8-15 meters per minute), realizing high-speed and high-precision forming of keels.

Shearing Device: The shearing device is an important component to ensure the standardization and qualification of keel products, responsible for precisely cutting the formed continuous keel into the required length. We adopt two advanced shearing methods—hydraulic shearing and mechanical shearing—to meet the different production needs of global customers. Hydraulic shearing has the advantages of large shearing force, flat incision, no burr, low noise, and no damage to the surface of the keel, which is suitable for high-precision cutting needs of high-end building projects; mechanical shearing is efficient and fast, with a shearing speed of up to 16 times per minute, which can meet the needs of large-scale mass production. The shearing device is equipped with a high-precision length measurement and positioning system, which can real-time monitor the running length of the keel through high-sensitivity sensors, and the length error is strictly controlled within ±0.15mm, fully complying with international building standards (such as ISO, CE), ensuring that the keels can be closely matched during installation, improving the overall structural stability of suspended ceilings, partition walls, and other systems.

Hydraulic Station: The hydraulic station is the power source of the hydraulic system of the high-quality keel roll forming machine, mainly composed of a high-efficiency motor, precision oil pump, sealed oil tank, intelligent control valve, oil filtration system, and cooling system. The motor drives the oil pump to pressurize the hydraulic oil in the oil tank and deliver it to various hydraulic execution components (such as hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic motors) to provide powerful and stable power support for the shearing, forming adjustment, and emergency stop of the equipment. The hydraulic system adopts intelligent pressure and flow control technology, which can precisely adjust the hydraulic parameters according to the working needs, ensuring stable and reliable operation of the equipment, reducing energy consumption while improving work efficiency. In addition, the system supports parameter storage and call function, which can store the parameters of various types and specifications of keels, and can be directly called during batch production, saving time and improving production efficiency.
