The hydraulic system features overload protection and pressure compensation functions, ensuring stable operation and extending component service life. The cooling system maintains hydraulic oil temperature at 30-50℃, preventing overheating and performance degradation.

Intelligent Control Cabinet: The “brain” of the machine, equipped with a 10-inch touchscreen HMI (Human-Machine Interface) and a high-performance PLC (Programmable Logic Controller). Operators can easily input and adjust parameters such as profile type (C/Z), dimensions, punching positions, and cutting lengths. The system supports real-time monitoring of production speed, output, and equipment status, with automatic fault diagnosis and alarm functions.
