This equipment, independently designed, developed, and manufactured by our company, processes hot-rolled and cold-rolled steel strips through guided feeding, flattening, punching, cutting, and precision roll folding. The computerized control panel enables flexible hole punching for angle steel and high-speed forming, significantly reducing labor hours and costs. With stringent quality control standards and multiple patents for its innovative design, we lead the domestic industry in both technology and quality.
Technical features: D2 material rollers, large column-type forming structure, precision linear guide rails, and left-side integrated offset system enable rapid interchangeability of any specifications. This minimizes manual intervention, boosts production efficiency, and prevents non-standard plate shapes during manufacturing. The system integrates a plate feeding and leveling mechanism, a flat plate punching and shearing unit before forming, and a computer-controlled host machine with infinite-speed rapid model switching. This achieves complete automation throughout the production process.

Requirements for the strip steel material to be processed
1.The steel plate has uniform material, the tolerance of plate thickness is less than ±0.2mm, the tolerance of plate width is less than 1mm, and the side bend of the plate is less than 1mm (based on 5m).
2.The steel plate surface must be smooth without raised hard spots (e.g., oil stains, dust, welds, or gas-cut edges). Material specifications:

1.The supplier shall provide the trial materials for equipment testing prior to shipment.

5.Warning signs shall be posted at the hazard source location.
