The complete automated production flow is as follows: Firstly, the raw material steel coil (5-10 tons load capacity optional) is placed on the hydraulic uncoiler, which conducts automatic expansion, contraction and tension-controlled unwinding, equipped with a hydraulic deviation correction system to ensure the steel sheet enters the production line accurately without deviation or wrinkling. Secondly, the steel sheet passes through the precision leveling machine, where multiple sets of leveling rollers eliminate internal stress and surface deformation, making the sheet flat and uniform, laying a solid foundation for subsequent high-precision forming. Then, the leveled sheet enters the main forming host, where a set of specially designed integrated forming rollers conducts step-by-step cold bending forming; operators can quickly switch between two-wave and three-wave forming modes through the touch screen, without disassembling and replacing the entire roller group, greatly saving mold replacement time and improving production continuity. After forming, the guardrail panel enters the hydraulic punching system to punch standard mounting holes at precise positions, followed by the high-speed flying shear cutting system that cuts the panel into preset lengths accurately. Finally, the finished guardrail panels are automatically output and stacked, completing the entire high-efficiency production process.<\/p>\n
