The forming roll set is forged from high-grade Cr12MoV alloy steel, treated with overall quenching, tempering and precision grinding, with a surface hardness of HRC 60-65, featuring excellent wear resistance and compression resistance. Equipped with a high-precision PLC servo positioning system and laser alignment device, the dimensional error of finished profiles is controlled within ±0.08mm, and the angle error is less than ±0.05°, ensuring that each profile has consistent specifications and smooth assembly with PV panels, improving the overall stability and service life of the solar system.

Anti-Scratch Surface Protection, Preserve Profile Integrity
PV panel profiles (especially aluminum and galvanized steel profiles) require a smooth, scratch-free surface to ensure corrosion resistance and aesthetic appearance. Our machine adopts a full-line soft contact design, with all forming rolls wrapped with high-density polyurethane soft rubber, avoiding hard friction between the roll and the profile surface.
