The metal deck sheet roll forming machine is a critical production equipment in steel structure construction, specifically designed to continuously process metal coils into high-strength deck sheets. The system operates on precision continuous rolling technology: Metal coils (e.g., galvanized coils, color-coated steel coils) are fed smoothly into the system via a unwinding device and sequentially pass through multiple sets of CNC – machined forming rolls. The rolls apply uniform pressure according to preset floor slab cross-sectional shapes (e.g., closed, open, dovetail, etc.), enabling continuous plastic deformation during motion. The material is then precisely cut by a cutting device to produce finished floor slabs with uniform length and dimensions. The entire process is fully automated from raw material input to product output, ensuring dimensional accuracy and structural strength of each floor slab without any intermediate stops.

To address the capacity concerns prevalent among foreign trade clients, our metal floor slab forming machine features an imported variable frequency drive system and intelligent PLC control system, achieving a maximum production speed of 40 meters per minute—significantly exceeding industry averages. The equipment automates the entire process from coil unwinding to forming, punching, and cutting, requiring only 1-2 operators to monitor parameters for large-scale production.

The forming precision of floor slabs is critical to structural safety, which we rigorously monitor. Our equipment employs 42CrMo alloy steel rollers, precision-milled through carburizing and quenching processes to achieve a surface roughness below Ra0.8μm, ensuring flawless smoothness. Servo motors precisely regulate roller speed and pressure, controlling wave height and pitch deviations within ±0.5mm while meeting AISC (American Institute of Steel Construction) and EN10025 international standards. The slabs require no secondary adjustments, meeting on-site installation requirements directly and significantly reducing construction time.

Considering the diverse needs of construction projects in different regions around the world, our forming machines offer exceptional flexibility and adaptability. In terms of materials, they are compatible with various metal sheets such as 0.8-3.0mm thick galvanized steel, color-coated steel, and aluminum-magnesium-manganese alloy plates, meeting different strength and corrosion resistance requirements. Regarding product specifications, by quickly replacing the roller sets, they can produce various types of floor slabs, including closed, open, and reduced-end types, covering all scenarios from industrial plants and warehouses to commercial complexes and high-rise buildings. Additionally, the equipment can be customized with additional functions like punching and flanging according to customer requirements, enabling personalized production.

The equipment’s structural body is fabricated from welded Q235 steel plates, with stress-relief treatment applied to ensure long-term high-strength performance without deformation.
