High molding accuracy and stable product quality
- Minimally precise dimensional accuracy:The entire machine employs a thickened frame and multiple rolling stations to effectively control profile springback, achieving a cross-sectional dimension error of ≤±0.2 mm and a cumulative cutting error within ±1 mm for the full-length profile. The support structure exhibits excellent flatness with no distortion or warping defects, eliminating the need for secondary trimming during on-site assembly.
- Excellent punching accuracy:Equipped with a servo-driven online punching system, achieving hole spacing positioning accuracy of ±0.01–±0.1 mm. Multiple rows of bolt holes are processed synchronously, ensuring uniform hole positions that fully meet the installation requirements for large-scale ground-mounted photovoltaic power plants and agrivoltaic projects.
- Durably wear-resistant rolls:The forming rolls are made of Cr12MoV alloy die steel and subjected to vacuum quenching heat treatment, achieving a hardness of HRC 58–62. This design ensures minimal wear during long-term mass production and maintains consistent profile dimensions throughout extended manufacturing cycles.
High production efficiency with continuous, fully automated operation
End-to-end integrated production: The entire production line combines coil unwinding, leveling, feeding, online punching, roll forming, and servo-powered flying shear cutting, enabling direct output of finished C-shaped, U-shaped, and Z-shaped steel brackets with single-pass material feeding—highly integrated processes that save space and labor.
High-speed continuous production: The conventional operating speed ranges from 25 to 50 m/min, with further speed increases achievable under non-drilling conditions; the system employs a non-stop tracking flying shear, eliminating the need for line slowdown or shutdown during cutting, thereby achieving a material utilization rate exceeding 98% and generating minimal waste.
Lower labor costs: The entire production line requires only 1–2 operators, which automatically processes input parameters such as length, hole spacing, and profile specifications via a touchscreen, significantly reducing reliance on skilled technicians.
High flexibility, supports rapid die change (fast die replacement)
- One-click rapid model switching: High-end models are equipped with a quick-change module and a digital parameter library, enabling replacement of different specifications of C-shaped or U-shaped steel brackets in just 3–15 minutes; conventional models typically require 2–4 hours for model switching. This design offers enhanced flexibility in production capacity, making it suitable for orders with diverse specifications and small batch sizes.
- Compatible with various raw materials: Suitable for processing zinc-coated steel strips (1.0–3.5 mm), cold-rolled carbon steel, and Q355 high-strength steel; compatible with both conventional and corrosion-resistant photovoltaic support profiles, offering versatile functionality in a single machine.

Reliable core hydraulic and electronic control components: Equipped with branded hydraulic pump stations, imported servo motors, and a PLC control system, the system operates with minimal vibration, low failure rates, and extended mean time between failures, making it ideal for round-the-clock uninterrupted mass production.
Built-in self-diagnosis:The electronic control system continuously monitors operational status, automatically triggering alarms and shutting down the equipment when material blockages or positioning deviations occur, thereby reducing equipment damage risks.
