The Two-Wave/Three-Wave Guardrail Integrated Machine is a single-production-line system capable of manufacturing both two-wave W-shaped guardrails and three-wave reinforced guardrails through integrated cold bending processes. It combines coil-uncoiling, leveling, servo punching, continuous cold bending, and precision cutting into a unified unit, eliminating the need for separate purchases of two standalone machines and establishing it as the mainstream high-end equipment in guardrail manufacturing plants.

One machine with dual profiles for rapid production switching


The production line is capable of manufacturing two-wave standard guardrails and three-wave reinforced crash-resistant guardrails, meeting the two primary application requirements for highway arterial roads, bridges, ramps, and high-risk mountain sections.

There are two main structural types:

1)Simple roll replacement configuration: Replace the final forming roll and cutting die; the process takes 30–60 minutes.

2)Modular, disassembly-free design: Gear ratio adjustment utilizes a switching waveform without requiring complete roller removal, significantly improving configuration change efficiency.

The plate is suitable for thicknesses ranging from 2.0 to 4.0 mm, compatible with Q235 and Q345 galvanized steel strips, and meets the production standards specified in National Standard JT/T281.

A complete closed-loop production line eliminating intermediate handling: hydraulic unwinding → multi-roll leveling → servo punching (connection holes + reinforcement holes) → multiple progressive cold bending processes → shearing → final product discharge. All operations are synchronized, with punching, forming, and shearing performed online in a single step, ensuring no deformation occurs during secondary handling of semi-finished products.

  • Encoder/laser gauge ensures total plate length error control within ±1–2 mm, with symmetrical and uniform wave curvature.
  • The rollers are made of GCr15 bearing steel and undergo full quenching, offering excellent wear resistance and compression strength; they maintain their wave shape without deformation or edge collapse during long-term operation.
  • The servo punching ensures precise hole spacing with no burrs on bolt holes or reinforcement holes, fully meeting on-site installation requirements without requiring secondary grinding.
