In the leveling zone, high-precision leveling roller assemblies precisely correct material flatness, effectively eliminating issues like sheet bending, wrinkles, and edge warping, thus laying a solid foundation for subsequent forming processes. The feeding area employs an automated feeding system compatible with materials ranging from 0.8mm to 1.5mm thick, including galvanized sheets, color-coated sheets, and aluminum-magnesium-manganese plates, ensuring stable, deviation-free, and scratch-free feeding to minimize material waste. The cutting zone features high-precision hydraulic cutting components and dual clamping roller assemblies that simultaneously secure materials and perform precise cuts. A real-time counter tracks cutting quantities, providing accurate data for production management. The system also allows flexible adjustment of cutting dimensions to accommodate various floor slab specifications such as YX76-344-688, YX51-305-915, and YX65-185-555, meeting diverse architectural load-bearing design requirements.

The forming zone serves as the core of the equipment, featuring a multi-layered configuration of precision forming roller assemblies. This system includes a main forming roller assembly, rib forming roller assembly, and fine correction roller assembly, which collaboratively complete the progressive forming process of floor slabs. The forming rollers undergo specialized grinding and quenching treatments, ensuring smooth surfaces without burrs, along with exceptional wear and corrosion resistance. These rollers enable precise control over rib height, rib spacing, and bending angles, with bending angle deviations maintained within 0.3°. This design effectively prevents issues like sheet cracking, deformation, or dimensional errors caused by excessive single-deformation loads, guaranteeing each floor slab achieves uniform shaping, full-coverage ribs, accurate dimensions, and load-bearing performance that fully complies with international standards for high-end steel structure construction.

The equipment features a high-definition touch interface with a clean, intuitive design and multilingual support (English, Spanish, Arabic, Russian, etc.). Operators simply input parameters like panel thickness, forming dimensions, cutting length, and production quantity. The controller automatically issues commands to precisely coordinate component operations, achieving full automation from raw material feeding to finished product output. When the preset production quantity is reached, the equipment automatically stops to prevent material waste from overproduction, further lowering production costs.

Furthermore, the equipment features a comprehensive self-diagnostic system that continuously monitors component performance. When circuit failures, mechanical jamming, material shortages, or hydraulic system anomalies occur, it instantly locates the fault, triggers alerts, and displays detailed troubleshooting instructions on the touchscreen. This enables maintenance teams to resolve issues swiftly, significantly reducing downtime and ensuring uninterrupted operation. Additionally, the system supports remote debugging and technical support, allowing overseas clients to access professional assistance through online interfaces. This eliminates geographical barriers, enabling rapid resolution of operational and maintenance challenges.
