1. Dimensional consistency: tile rib height, effective width and overlapping edge size for both profiles
2. Length accuracy: run continuous batches and check cutting tolerance at different speeds
3. Surface quality: no roller marks, scratches or paint peeling on PPGI glazed tiles
4. Straightness & twist: check panels on flat table; glazed tiles are easy to twist if the frame or shafts are not rigid enough
5. Recipe repeatability: save two recipes, switch back and forth, confirm the profile stays stable
