High-speed continuous rolling: The equipment features a servo-driven main transmission system, achieving punching speeds of 30–45 m/min and up to 100–120 m/min in high-speed mode without punching, delivering over 40% higher production capacity than conventional models and enabling large-scale delivery for major photovoltaic power plant projects. Equipped with online servo-guided cutting and continuous dynamic cutting, it ensures uninterrupted production and eliminates production losses caused by downtime for material removal.
Rapid Die Replacement:Equipped with a modular rapid-change die structure and PLC-based one-click parameter adjustment, this system enables seamless switching between C-shaped steel, U-shaped steel, and photovoltaic rails in just 5–15 minutes—a stark contrast to traditional equipment that requires 2–3 hours for model changes. It is perfectly suited for diverse product types and small-batch international orders, significantly improving equipment utilization efficiency.
High molding accuracy and stable product quality
Strictly controlled dimensional tolerances: A multi-pass progressive rolling process effectively suppresses profile rebound. Cross-sectional forming error ≤ ±0.3 mm; fixed-length cutting length error within ±0.5 mm; punching hole position accuracy up to ±0.05 mm; aligned holes in support profiles, eliminating secondary trimming during on-site installation.
Designed for high-strength steels:Reliably processes 235 ordinary carbon steel, Q355 high-strength steel, 550 MPa high-yield galvanized steel, and aluminum-magnesium-zinc coated sheets with thicknesses ranging from 0.8 to 3.5 mm; ensures no distortion or cracking after forming, maintains excellent profile straightness, and meets corrosion resistance and load-bearing requirements for outdoor photovoltaic applications.
Fully automated production line with lower labor costs
The entire production line integrates all key processes—including unwinding, leveling, servo punching, continuous forming, online cutting, and finished product palletizing—with only 1–2 operators required for operation. Compared to traditional segmented equipment, this system reduces labor costs by 60% while achieving fully automated operation and minimizing human-induced quality defects.

The core rollers feature exceptional wear resistance:Constructed from Cr12MoV alloy die steel and vacuum-hardened, they achieve a hardness of HRC 58–62, with a wear life 30% longer than conventional rollers. Their high-speed operation over extended periods minimizes wear-induced deformation, significantly reducing downtime associated with frequent roller maintenance or replacement.
The structural design is robust: The entire unit features a heavy-duty steel frame with comprehensive annealing to eliminate internal stresses, ensuring vibration-free operation at high speeds and enabling continuous 24-hour production without interruption. It offers stable performance and low failure rates, making it ideal for year-round uninterrupted mass production in factories. The hydraulic pump station is equipped with an independent water-cooling system that maintains oil temperature within safe limits during prolonged high-speed operation, thereby extending the service life of the hydraulic system.
High utilization rate of raw materials and controllable production costs
The cold bending process is completed in a single pass without welding or secondary cutting, achieving a material utilization rate of over 98% with minimal waste material. Thanks to the integrated feed protection mechanism, galvanized sheets remain scratch-free, resulting in a near-100% product qualification rate and significant reduction in raw material costs. The machine features a variable-frequency energy-saving design that lowers per-unit power consumption, enhancing long-term production efficiency.
Flexible customization, suitable for projects both domestically and internationally
The system can be equipped with additional punching stations and multi-row hole punching mechanisms as required, compatible with manufacturing ground-mounted photovoltaic mounts, rooftop distributed PV mounts, and tracking mount profiles. The electrical system supports interchangeable voltages from multiple countries and an English-language operation interface, enabling export-ready complete unit delivery. Customizable production lines cover the full range of photovoltaic profiles including C41, C52, and U-shaped steel profiles.
