High-Strength & Durable, Long Service Life

Our machine adopts high-strength forming technology and uses high-quality wear-resistant forming rollers (GCR15 bearing steel, HRC 55-60), which can fully exert the mechanical properties of raw materials, making the finished purlins have strong impact resistance and deformation resistance. The machine’s forming process minimizes friction between the material and rollers, effectively protecting the anti-corrosion coating of galvanized or color-coated steel materials, ensuring the purlins have excellent anti-rust and anti-corrosion performance, with a service life of up to 25-30 years, even in humid outdoor construction sites and coastal areas. The key wearing parts (forming rollers, punching dies, cutting blades) have a long service life, reducing the frequency of replacement and maintenance costs, and laser welding technology for rollers further extends their service life, ensuring long-term stable production. The cutting blades, made of Cr12MoV, have a service life exceeding 1 million times, further reducing maintenance costs.
