The working principle of the photovoltaic steel forming machine is based on cold bending technology. By continuously applying pressure to metal sheets, the machine gradually bends and deforms them at room temperature to form the desired cross-sectional shape. This uncoiler features dual rotating heads and is equipped with a material feeding trolley. 1.Requirement is safety.
This machine employs a funnel-shaped feeding mechanism that ensures both operator safety and material integrity. The integrated process includes: material discharge from the base, pressure roller action, 90-degree vertical guide rollers, feeding and forming, active roller pushing, leveling, and recorder clamp feeding. The flexible feeding port design prevents material damage to rollers or rollers from material bending or fractures. By incorporating elastic components, the system can spring back the material before leveling, ensuring smooth operation without damaging either components.

Our control system features a large display screen that visually presents MCD animations. It also includes a keyboard and mouse interface. In harsh environments where distortion or uncontrollable factors may occur, the keyboard helps ensure the equipment’s long-term durability and reliability.

6.The machine adopts flat cutting.
Our photovoltaic steel equipment features automatic opening/closing and sliding mechanisms, capable of producing multiple models. However, excessive blade numbers significantly increase production costs. While electrodeless cutting could deform cross-sections and cause material waste, we employ flat-cutting technology with servo motors and a split-shaft drive system. This design ensures stable power delivery without deviation, applying continuous force throughout the process to maintain uniform stress distribution in high-strength materials during forming.

7.It can produce various models.
The photovoltaic steel forming machine produces C-shaped, Z-shaped, and slanted C-shaped/Z-shaped profiles. The slanted design allows solar panels to align with the sun’s angle during installation, maximizing the absorption rate of photovoltaic light.

8.The design is corrected again.
The machine features a calibration system after molding, with an adjustable marking plate that adapts to different pattern types—for example, a 45-degree bevel can be set to 45 degrees, and a 90-degree bevel to 90 degrees. This provides customers with a clearer and more intuitive visual reference.

9.Motor
In response to Europe’s “Carbon Tracing, Carbon Integration” policy, our motors feature low energy consumption, with the entire production line capable of reaching 60 kW in power output. However, the total electricity consumption of our entire production line is less than 10 kWh per hour. This enables the realization of truly green, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly high-performance equipment.

10.Automatic palletizing machine
The system can achieve full automation of the entire production line, including automatic flipping, palletizing, conveying, and final bundling.
