TR4/TR5 roofing sheet roll forming machine or we call it as trapezoid profile roll forming making machine is designed to make the metal roofing sheet machine by rolling forming working principle. Tr4 or Tr5 is the quite popular design in South American, especially in Peru. Here I will take the following drawing profile for you r reference:
For this profile, the most difficult part is that during the rolling forming, there maybe waves on the profile or there are some scratch on the surface of the coil.
