Our full automatic longitudinal slitting machine is a professional heavy-duty metal coil slitting and rewinding equipment, specially developed for steel service centers, roofing material factories, keel processing plants, shelf production enterprises and large metal raw material distributors. This production line can automatically complete coil loading, uncoiling, straightening, multi-blade longitudinal slitting, tension control and finished coil rewinding in one continuous workflow. It is suitable for processing galvanized steel coils, color steel coils, stainless steel strips, aluminum coils, cold-rolled steel and other metal raw materials. The equipment can divide wide steel coils into multiple narrow strips with equal width, uniform tension and neat edge effect. It is essential supporting equipment for all roll forming production lines, greatly improving material utilization rate and ensuring synchronous feeding for subsequent tile, keel and profile forming machines.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Hydraulic entry coil car with V shaped table<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is used to load the coil, to prevent from damaging the car due to putting the coil into car directly.<\/p>\n

It is one pair (two pieces), length 1000mm, width 480mm.<\/p>\n

The car can move levelly and vertically, which is convenient for putting the steel coils into the de-coiler.<\/p>\n

It is driven vertically by hydraulic cylinder with 4 guide pillars<\/p>\n

The level movement is driven by cycloid motor<\/p>\n

Capacity:20T(Max)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Function: \u00a0It is used to lift up and down, move forward and back to make it easy to load the coils on decoiler. Hydraulic controls lifting, motor drives moving. The car is controlled on the auxiliary control panel. Its moving speed is 6-7m\/min. When the coils on decoiler, the car will return back to the start position. It can also carry back the unfinished coils from decoiler.<\/p>\n

Supporting steel rolls and uncoiling<\/p>\n

It is designed with the double hydraulic movable structure<\/p>\n

The hydraulic cylinders on both sides drive the landscape orientation movement<\/p>\n

It is equipped with the brake devices and 3-step taper decoiler and the brake wheel.<\/p>\n

Mechanical structure: the process is welded by steel plate and steel.<\/p>\n

The capacity of it can reach to 20Tons<\/p>\n

Hydraulic Press and pinch device\uff0837KW AC<\/strong>\uff09<\/p>\n

It is good for improving the plates’ surface and do straightening then guiding the steel plates into next process.<\/p>\n

It is made by drive device , 2 pinch roller and 5 leveler rollers and frame.<\/p>\n

The gap between rollers can be adjusted manually to make sure the leveling quality.<\/p>\n

Shovel head is with 4KW motor drive the coils running and do the decoiling with tension.<\/p>\n

Looper <\/strong><\/p>\n

The pit is equipped with magic eyes to control the speed buffer between decoiler and slitter<\/p>\n

Magic eye is controlled by PLC.<\/p>\n

The pit size:\u00a04500mmX2200mmX4000mm.<\/p>\n

Function : it is used to eliminate the different speed and make the plates which in wrong rail to back the right way. At first, the hydraulic cylinder lift the bridges to pass the steel sheets. when working , the bridges will lift down , the steel will be stored in the pit. There is equipped with the photoelectricity devices to adjust the high or low speed to make sure the certain store quantity in pit.<\/p>\n

Side guide device<\/strong><\/p>\n

It uses the vertical rollers of both sides to guide the plates into the slitting machine correctly.<\/p>\n

The guide rollers are adjusted by the rods on both sides . The width range is 500-2000mm.<\/p>\n

Function : it is used to prevent the sheet running to the wrong way. On both sides of the plates width way , the stand rolling are fixed on their own position and can adjust the width manually to match the different width plates. There are 4 rollers (quenching HRC55-58) which divided into 2 rollers on each side.<\/p>\n

Slitter (90KW DC ) <\/strong><\/p>\n

Knife pivot specification: \u03c6220x2000mm, material: 40Cr, heat treatment HB225-250.<\/p>\n

Host machine: This is composed of bottom-stand, fixed bracket, big slide, knife pivot(\u03c6220mm, 2pcs), movable bracket, slide, the front and back adjustable device of bracket, knife pivot lifting and pressing down adjustment device.<\/p>\n

Power part: 90KW DC motor with decelerator and universal coupling as well as gear distributing case, coupler, spindle, connecting-cover, etc.<\/p>\n

Knife pivot press down device adopts the motor to lift up and down.<\/p>\n

It change the blades through moving out the bracket hydraulically and is very convenient and fast.<\/p>\n

Hydraulic Scrap winder (4KW )<\/strong><\/p>\n

It consists of base, the shaft roller and decelerator and two piece 4Kw motor ,etc.<\/p>\n

The roller-table lift up and down by hydraulic.<\/p>\n

At the exit part of the roller table, it is designed with the pre-dividing device.<\/p>\n

The size of the pit: 4000mm(L)x2200mm(W)x6000mm(D)<\/p>\n

Tension stand<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is composed of the base,pre-dividing device, tension press device and so on . It is used to divide the strips and adjust the tension power for rewinding to ensure the rewinding quality.<\/p>\n

It is designed with two dividing device and press device. One hydraulic block device and two roller device.<\/p>\n

It adopts the hydraulic expand and shrink to tight the coils inner diameter, the inner diameter is 508mm.<\/p>\n

Designed with 8-fan-shaped plates which can be a round circle and machining as a whole to ensure the recoiling quality. It is designed with clip mouth and clip the strips heads.<\/p>\n

It is designed with the hydraulic press arm equipped with the spacers to guarantee the even rewinding quality.<\/p>\n

It is equipped with the hydraulic pushing device to unload the coils<\/p>\n

132KW DC motor can guarantee the rewinding quality.<\/p>\n

Gear adopts casting ZG45\uff0cthe surface of the gears is processed by quenching\uff0c HRC45\u00b0,<\/p>\n

Diameter of Mandrel of recoiler\uff1a220 fan \u2013shaped plated are 45#X60mm\u00a0(thickness), quenching, HB: 220mm-250mm.<\/p>\n
