Extra-Heavy-Duty Hydraulic Uncoiling System: Built for large-weight thick steel coils used in guardrail production, this system is equipped with a hydraulic expansion uncoiler with a load capacity of 8-15 tons, supporting coil widths ranging from 320-500mm and material thickness of 2.5-4.0mm. It features automatic hydraulic deviation correction, dual-arm pressure holding and anti-slip feeding rollers, paired with a reinforced heavy-duty feeding guide bridge to prevent material wrinkling, scratching or misalignment during high-speed feeding. It is fully compatible with all high-strength anti-corrosion steel coils for highway guardrail manufacturing, ensuring smooth and stable feeding for long-term high-intensity high-speed production runs.

Precision Leveling & High-Speed Servo Feeding Unit: Equipped with 13-17 groups of high-precision heavy-duty leveling rollers, this unit effectively eliminates curling stress and surface unevenness of thick steel strips, guaranteeing the raw material is perfectly flat before entering the forming station. It supports adjustable leveling intensity for different material thicknesses and strengths, which is critical to ensuring the finished guardrails have uniform wave profile, straight edges and stable impact resistance. The high-power servo-driven precision feeding system ensures accurate feeding length and constant high speed, matching the high-speed forming process without slipping or position deviation.

Heavy-Duty High-Speed Forming Main Unit: As the core of the entire machine, the forming unit adopts an integrated thick-walled steel frame with overall tempering stress relief treatment, composed of 20-32 groups of heavy-duty precision forming roller stations. The forming rollers are crafted from high-grade GCr15 bearing steel or Cr12MoV alloy steel, processed via precision CNC machining, integral quenching and tempering, and hard chrome plating, with a hardness of HRC 60-65, delivering ultra-high wear resistance and a service life of over 1 million meters. Driven by a high-power servo motor and heavy-duty gearbox transmission, it runs stably at high speed, forming standard W-beam or Thrie-beam guardrails in one pass with uniform profile and no deformation.

Synchronous High-Speed Punching System: Highway guardrails require precise connection holes for on-site splicing and fixing with columns and brackets, so this machine is equipped with a servo-driven synchronous high-speed punching unit that runs in full sync with the high-speed forming process without stopping the production line. It can punch standard round holes, slotted holes and connecting holes with uniform size and spacing, with punching accuracy controlled within ±0.3mm. The punching position, hole spacing and size can be flexibly set via the touch screen, fully complying with international road guardrail installation standards, ensuring perfect fitting and quick on-site construction.

High-Speed Flying Shear Cutting System: To match the ultra-high forming speed, our machine adopts advanced servo flying shear cutting technology, enabling non-stop fixed-length cutting during high-speed continuous production. The cutting blades are made of heat-treated high-strength alloy steel, ensuring smooth, burr-free cutting edges and no guardrail deformation. Cutting accuracy is controlled within ±0.5mm, and the cutting length can be freely adjusted between 2-6 meters via the PLC touch screen, adapting to standard transportation lengths and global road project construction requirements.

Intelligent High-Speed PLC Control System: The full production line is controlled by a renowned international brand PLC (Siemens/Mitsubishi/Delta) with a large touch screen operation panel, supporting multi-language switching including English, Spanish, Arabic, French, Russian and Portuguese. It realizes full-process high-speed automatic control, with functions such as production counting, fault self-diagnosis, emergency stop, parameter memory, speed regulation and production data statistics. The system is stable and reliable, with low failure rate, requiring only 1-2 workers to monitor, suitable for long-term high-speed continuous production.
