This dedicated machine is engineered to produce the internationally recognized top-hat DIN rails (EN 50022 standard), which are the most widely used mounting rails for circuit breakers, contactors, relays, terminal blocks and other electrical components. The entire production line runs a fully automatic closed workflow: starting from hydraulic uncoiling, precision leveling, servo feeding, multi-stage precision roll forming, synchronous punching or notching, fixed-length cutting, to final automatic stacking and collection of finished DIN rails. This integrated precision production mode ensures consistent product quality, zero manual errors and ultra-high production efficiency, fully complying with international DIN rail standards and export quality requirements.

Core Components of the DIN Rail Roll Forming Machine
Compact Hydraulic Uncoiling System: Designed for small and medium-sized metal coils commonly used in DIN rail production, this system is equipped with a stable hydraulic uncoiler with a load capacity of 1-3 tons, supporting coil widths of 20-100mm and material thickness of 0.8-2.5mm. It features automatic deviation correction and pressure holding functions, ensuring smooth and stable feeding, preventing material scratches and slipping, and adapting to various metal materials for standard DIN rail manufacturing.

High-Precision Leveling Unit: Equipped with 7-9 groups of precision leveling rollers, this unit effectively eliminates curling stress and surface unevenness of thin metal strips, guaranteeing the raw material is completely flat before forming. It supports adjustable leveling intensity for different material thicknesses, which is critical to ensuring the final DIN rails have perfect straightness, consistent cross-section and qualified installation performance.

Precision Roll Forming Main Unit: As the core of the entire machine, the forming unit adopts a fully enclosed, high-rigidity frame structure, composed of 12-20 groups of precision forming roller stations. The forming rollers are made of high-grade GCr15 bearing steel or 45# hardened alloy steel, processed by precision CNC machining, quenching and tempering, and hard chrome plating, with a hardness of HRC 58-62, featuring excellent wear resistance and long service life. Driven by a servo motor and precision gearbox, it ensures synchronous and stable operation of all roller groups, forming standard EN 50022 top-hat DIN rails in one pass with zero dimensional deviation.

Synchronous Punching & Notching System (Optional): To meet the installation and fixing needs of DIN rails, the machine can be equipped with a servo-driven synchronous punching unit, which can punch mounting holes, ventilation slots or marking notches synchronously with the forming process without stopping the line. The punching position and size can be flexibly set via the touch screen, with punching accuracy controlled within ±0.2mm, fully complying with international electrical assembly standards.

High-Precision Fixed-Length Cutting System: Adopting servo flying shear or hydraulic shear cutting technology, this system realizes non-stop fixed-length cutting during continuous production, with cutting accuracy as high as ±0.3mm. The cutting blades are made of heat-treated high-strength alloy steel, ensuring smooth cutting edges, no burrs and no deformation of finished DIN rails. The cutting length can be freely adjusted between 1-6 meters via the PLC system, adapting to standard export lengths and customized length requirements of global customers.

Automatic Receiving & Stacking Mechanism: Designed for lightweight and high-precision DIN rail products, this unit is equipped with a soft contact receiving rack and automatic stacking device, avoiding surface scratches on galvanized or stainless steel DIN rails. It can automatically arrange and stack finished products neatly, reducing manual handling and protecting product surface quality and dimensional accuracy.

Intelligent PLC Control System: The entire production line is controlled by a well-known international brand PLC (Siemens/Mitsubishi/Delta) with a user-friendly touch screen operation panel, supporting multi-language switching including English, Spanish, Arabic, German and French. It realizes full-process automatic control, with functions of production counting, fault self-diagnosis, emergency stop, parameter memory and speed regulation. The system is easy to operate, requires only 1 worker to monitor, and features stable and low-failure operation.
