The leveling machine is equipped with 11 rollers with a diameter of φ86mm and a roller surface width of 350mm, which can effectively straighten the coil and ensure the flatness of the sheet. The integrated design of uncoiling and leveling reduces the floor space of the equipment and ensures the stability of the feeding process.
Servo Feeding System: Driven by high-precision servo motors, this system can realize multi-stage feeding length setting, with a feeding accuracy of ±0.1mm. It accurately conveys the metal sheet to the punching and forming units, ensuring the consistency of hole positions and forming dimensions. The feeding speed can be adjusted synchronously with the forming speed, matching the high-speed production needs of the machine.

Multi-Station Hydraulic Punching Unit: This is the core processing component of the machine, equipped with multiple sets of mold frames that can perform simultaneous punching operations. It supports laser welding and argon arc welding two welding modes, and the mold has strong versatility, which can adapt to the hole position processing of all types of bracket profiles in the photovoltaic industry. The hydraulic system adopts air-conditioning oil cooling design, which can effectively control the oil temperature during long-term high-speed operation, ensuring stable punching force and precision.

Driven by the servo system, it can track the movement of the bracket in real time, ensuring that the cutting length error is controlled within ±2mm. The cutting process is smooth and burr-free, ensuring the assembly performance of the finished bracket.

Intelligent Control System: Based on PLC programmable logic control, it is equipped with a user-friendly touch screen man-machine interface that supports multiple languages such as Chinese, English, Spanish, and Russian. Operators can complete the setting of production parameters such as bracket length, hole pattern, and production speed with one key. The system has real-time monitoring and fault alarm functions, which can quickly identify equipment malfunctions and display fault points, facilitating timely maintenance. It also supports data storage and export, facilitating production management and quality tracking.

Automatic Stacking and Packaging System: The finished brackets are automatically conveyed to the intelligent stacking manipulator through the conveying roller table. The manipulator adopts positive and negative buckling stacking mode to ensure the stability of the stack. The system can automatically control the packaging size and complete the automatic strapping and packaging with PET strapping tape. It also automatically places sleepers to protect the corners of the brackets from extrusion deformation, realizing the automatic closed-loop of the production line from raw materials to finished products.

The whole production process is fully automated, from raw material uncoiling to finished product cutting and stacking, ensuring high efficiency and consistent quality.
The working principle of the high-speed solar bracket forming machine follows a scientific and rigorous process: First, the metal coil is loaded into the uncoiling unit, which uses hydraulic tension control to ensure stable and continuous feeding of the coil. The coil then enters the leveling unit, where 11 sets of precision rollers straighten the coil to eliminate bending and wrinkles caused by storage and transportation, laying a foundation for subsequent precise processing. Next, the servo-controlled feeding system accurately conveys the metal sheet to the multi-station punching unit, which punches mounting holes, positioning holes, and drainage holes at preset positions according to the bracket design requirements. After punching, the sheet enters the forming host, where 17-22 sets of precisely calibrated rollers gradually bend the sheet into the desired solar bracket profile. Finally, the servo tracking cutting system cuts the formed bracket to the required length, and the finished product is automatically conveyed to the stacking area, completing the entire production cycle. The entire process is controlled by an intelligent PLC system, which ensures the coordination and stability of each link.
