Precision Leveling Device: The device eliminates curling stress in the steel coil through multi-roller (7-11 rollers) leveling, ensuring the steel strip is flat before forming. Equipped with adjustable leveling rollers, it can adapt to different thicknesses of steel strips (0.8-3.0mm) and achieve high flatness accuracy. This not only guarantees the stability of the subsequent forming process but also lays a solid foundation for the precision of the final shelf beams.

Main Forming Unit: As the core part of the machine, the main forming unit transforms the flat steel strip into shelf beams of specific cross-sectional shapes (such as rectangular, channel, or custom profiles) through a series of sequentially arranged forming roller groups. It consists of 12-24 independent forming frames, each equipped with precision-machined forming rollers made of high-quality alloy steel (after quenching and tempering treatment for wear resistance).
