It features automatic hydraulic deviation correction, pressure holding, and anti-slip feeding rollers, paired with a reinforced feeding guide bridge to prevent material wrinkling, scratching, or misalignment during high-speed feeding. It is fully compatible with all common anti-corrosion metal coils for shelf upright manufacturing, including hot-dip galvanized steel (with zinc coating 120-275g/㎡), cold-rolled steel, and stainless steel, ensuring smooth and stable feeding for long-term high-intensity production runs. The uncoiler supports coil inner diameter of φ508~538mm and maximum outer diameter of 1200mm, adapting to common coil specifications in global markets, and is perfectly matched with the forming process of shelf uprights with thickness 2-2.5mm as widely used in industry applications.

It supports adjustable leveling intensity for different material thicknesses and hardness, especially for high-strength steel used in heavy-duty shelf uprights. The servo-driven precision feeding system, equipped with an encoder for accurate length measurement, ensures accurate feeding length and constant speed, matching the high-speed forming and punching process without slipping or position deviation, and ensuring consistent dimension and structure of each shelf upright, which is crucial for the precise alignment of holes and seamless assembly with beams during rack installation. This unit ensures the material feeding accuracy, laying a solid foundation for the ±0.3mm profile accuracy required for high-quality shelf uprights.

Unidad de perforación volante en línea: Punching is a core step in shelf upright production (for beam connection holes, positioning holes, and reinforcement holes), and our machine is equipped with an advanced servo-driven on-line flying punching system that realizes synchronous punching during continuous forming without stopping production, even supporting precise LOGO punching for brand customization. The punch and die set are made of Cr12MoV or Cr12 alloy steel, processed via precision CNC machining and integral quenching, with a hardness of HRC 60-65, ensuring wear resistance and long service life. It can punch round holes, square holes, and slotted holes (such as teardrop holes, the most common connection hole type for shelf uprights) with uniform size and spacing, with punching accuracy within ±0.1mm, and the punching position, hole size, and spacing can be flexibly set via the PLC touch screen to meet the connection requirements of different shelf upright types (L-type, C-type, Omega-type). This design ensures that the pre-punched holes on shelf uprights are accurately positioned, facilitating quick on-site assembly of racks and improving installation efficiency, which is a key feature of efficient shelf upright production lines.


Multi-Type Shelf Upright Forming Main Unit: As the core of the entire machine, the forming unit adopts a rigid thick-walled steel frame with overall stress relief treatment, composed of 16-24 groups of precision forming roller stations — the number of stations can be adjusted according to the complexity of the shelf upright profile (such as L-type for light-load, C-type for medium-load, and Omega-type for heavy-load shelving). The forming rollers are crafted from high-grade 45# hardened steel or 40Cr steel, processed via precision CNC machining, integral quenching and tempering, and hard chrome plating, with a hardness of HRC 55-60, delivering excellent wear resistance and a long service life. Driven by a high-power servo motor (7.5-11kw main motor) and precision gearbox transmission — consistent with the gearbox transmission mode widely used in shelf upright forming machines — the rollers are specially designed to form various shelf uprights in one pass, with quick switching between types by adjusting parameters or replacing partial roller modules. PLC-controlled automatic adjustment reduces mold change time to just 5-10 minutes, while manual adjustment (for cost-effective needs) takes around 1-2 hours, greatly improving production flexibility. Our machine adopts an improved roller adjustment structure with lead screw slide rails, allowing independent adjustment of each roller’s position and spacing, achieving simple and convenient operation and solving the problem of cumbersome roller adjustment. This flexibility allows manufacturers to adapt to the “small-batch, multi-variety” production trend of the shelving industry, and the 18 forming stations are perfectly matched with the production needs of standard shelf uprights.

Edge Trimming & Reinforcement Rib Forming System: The edge quality and reinforcement structure are critical to the load-bearing capacity and safety of shelf uprights. Our machine is equipped with a precision edge trimming and reinforcement rib forming unit, which strictly controls the edge flatness and ensures smooth, burr-free edges, while forming integral reinforcement ribs on the shelf upright surface to enhance structural strength, including standard profiles such as C-type and Omega-type uprights with reinforced ribs. The L-type, C-type, and Omega-type shelf uprights produced by our machine have excellent bending stiffness and load-bearing capacity, significantly reducing stress concentration risks, which is essential for supporting heavy goods in warehouses and logistics centers. The trimming and rib forming speed is synchronized with the production line, ensuring no impact on production efficiency, similar to the high-efficiency processing of professional shelving production equipment.

High-Precision Hydraulic Cutting System: To match the high-efficiency forming and punching speed, our machine adopts advanced servo-controlled hydraulic cutting technology, enabling non-stop fixed-length cutting during continuous production (or stop-and-cut mode for specific needs) — consistent with the hydraulic cutting with servo motor adopted in high-quality shelf upright forming machines. The hydraulic station is equipped with a 3-4kw motor, oil pump, solenoid valve, and oil cylinder for stable cutting performance. The cutting blades are made of heat-treated high-strength Cr12 alloy steel, ensuring smooth, burr-free cutting edges and no component deformation, even achieving precise cutting between two holes for a flat, flawless. Cutting accuracy is controlled within ±0.3mm, and the cutting length can be freely adjusted between 1-6 meters via the PLC touch screen, adapting to standard shelf upright lengths and customized project requirements for global warehousing projects. This precision ensures that the cut shelf uprights can be directly used for on-site rack assembly without additional processing, reducing production time and costs, and meeting the profile accuracy requirements of shelf upright production.


Mecanismo automático de descarga y apilado: Designed for shelf uprights of different sizes and types, this unit features an inclined soft-contact discharge rack (welded by angle round steel) and pneumatic stacking device with rubber pads, avoiding surface scratches and edge damage to the finished shelf uprights. It automatically arranges and stacks finished shelf uprights neatly, reducing manual handling labor and product damage, while protecting the anti-corrosion coating integrity and overall product appearance — a key advantage for export-oriented manufacturers. The stacking height is adjustable, adapting to different storage and transportation needs, and the stacked shelf uprights are easy to pack and ship, which is crucial for large-scale export orders, such as the bulk orders from major shelf companies in Europe, Southeast Asia, and South America.

Sistema de control PLC inteligente: The full production line is controlled by a renowned international brand PLC (Siemens/Mitsubishi/Delta) with a user-friendly large touch screen operation panel, supporting multi-language switching including English, Spanish, Arabic, French, Russian, and Portuguese. It is equipped with a frequency converter and adopts omniseal and forced-air-cooling device for the electric control box, with overload protection for the control system power supply and aviation plugs for stable connection. It realizes full-process automatic control, with functions such as production counting, fault self-diagnosis, emergency stop, parameter memory, shelf upright type/size adjustment, and production speed regulation (forming speed up to 12-15 m/min, matching the 6-8 m/min to 12-15 m/min speed range of mainstream shelf upright forming machines). The system stores multiple sets of processing parameters for different shelf upright models, enabling quick switching between products, and is simple to operate, requiring only 1-2 workers to monitor. Additionally, it can be equipped with an IoT module to upload production data to the cloud, helping enterprises realize digital management of the production process, similar to the intelligent monitoring of modern shelving production lines.
