A DIN rail is a standardized 35mm metal rail (DIN standard) used to mount industrial control equipment, such as circuit breakers, relays, and terminal blocks, inside electrical enclosures. Din rail roll forming machine design idea and features:

1.Decoiler either could be manual one or hydraulic one.

2.Roll forming machine of din rail speed is optional, either could be high speed or normal one.

3.Punching machine either could be CNC punching or hydraulic punching station. For this machine below we use servo tracking shearing and punching. For one thing, it can save space , and then it can save cost.

Same like above we design with two punching station, each one can punch 6 holes per time. Two station means 12 holes to punch. It can punch 30 times per minute. So the speed is faster. If you want to make higher speed, we can increase to 3 or 4 punching station.

For the punching station, we design with energy tank to make sure non-stop high speed punching.
