The angle steel keel forming machine adopts advanced continuous cold bending forming technology, which can process metal coils (such as galvanized steel coils, black steel coils, color-coated steel coils, and aluminum alloy coils) into standard angle steel keels that meet international construction standards through a fully automated production process. Its working process is scientific, efficient, and stable, with no manual intervention throughout: first, the metal coil is stably placed on the uncoiler, which is equipped with an automatic tension control system to flexibly adjust the unwinding speed and tension according to the production rhythm, ensuring that the coil is released smoothly without jamming, loosening, or deviation, laying a solid foundation for subsequent precision processing. Then, the metal sheet enters the leveling device, where multiple groups of precision-calibrated rollers exert uniform pressure to eliminate deformation, wrinkles, and internal stress generated during the transportation and storage of the coil, ensuring that the surface of the sheet is flat, the thickness is uniform, and the flatness meets the strict requirements of angle steel forming. Subsequently, the flat sheet is sent to the forming host—the core part of the entire equipment. Inside the host, a set of specially designed forming rollers gradually bends and shapes the sheet into a standard angle steel structure (equal angle or unequal angle) through precise mechanical transmission and step-by-step cold bending forming. Finally, the formed continuous angle steel keel is transported to the high-precision cutting device, which cuts the keel into the required length (such as 3 meters, 4 meters, 6 meters) according to the preset parameters through hydraulic or mechanical shearing technology, completing the entire automatic production process of angle steel keels efficiently and accurately. The whole production process adheres to the cold bending forming principle, which can perfectly retain the original mechanical properties of the metal material, avoid damage to the surface and internal structure of the sheet, and ensure the strength, toughness, and service life of the angle steel keel.
