The harsh outdoor environments such as strong winds, extreme temperatures, and corrosive conditions pose strict requirements on the dimensional precision, structural strength, and corrosion resistance of solar brackets.

It specializes in the mass production of high-precision C-shaped, Z-shaped, U-shaped, and custom-shaped solar brackets, realizing seamless integration of uncoiling, leveling, precision punching, progressive forming, flying saw cutting, and automatic stacking. Core Working Principle
The High-Precision Solar Bracket Forming Machine adopts a scientific and efficient integrated production process, with precision control covering every link of solar bracket production. Its core working principle is as follows:
PV-Specific Uncoiling & Precision Leveling: The process starts with automatic uncoiling of raw material coils (galvanized steel, carbon steel, etc.). The machine is equipped with a hydraulic uncoiler with automatic tension control, which can stably uncoil coils with thickness of 1.5-4.0mm, width of 120-400mm, and coil weight up to 5t. The subsequent precision leveling unit adopts 16 groups of high-alloy steel leveling rollers processed by CNC grinding, which can effectively eliminate the internal stress of the steel plate and control the flatness error within ±0.2mm/m. This ensures the flatness of the base material, laying a solid foundation for the high-precision forming of solar brackets.

Servo-Controlled Precision Punching: The leveled steel plate enters the servo-controlled precision punching unit. Aiming at the hole position accuracy requirements of solar bracket installation (such as bolt connection holes), the unit adopts high-precision linear guides and servo motors, realizing punching position error ≤±0.3mm. It supports multi-hole simultaneous punching and can flexibly adjust punching parameters according to different bracket designs. The “punching first, then forming” process avoids deformation of the punching position caused by subsequent forming, ensuring the assembly accuracy of solar brackets.

Progressive Forming for PV Bracket: The steel plate after precision punching enters the core forming unit. The unit is equipped with 12-18 groups of PV-specific high-precision forming rollers, which are designed according to the structural characteristics of solar brackets. The forming pressure and speed are intelligently adjusted by the industrial-grade PLC controller according to the material thickness and bracket type, realizing gradual and uniform forming. This forming method ensures the structural stability of the bracket, with cross-sectional dimension error ≤±0.3mm, effectively enhancing the load-bearing capacity of the bracket.

Synchronous Cutting & Automatic Stacking: The continuously formed solar bracket is cut by the servo-driven flying saw cutting system, which can realize synchronous cutting with the moving bracket without stopping the machine. The cutting length error is ≤±0.5mm, and the cutting surface is smooth without burrs. The cut finished brackets are automatically conveyed to the stacking unit, which can realize automatic stacking according to the set quantity and specifications, reducing manual handling and improving the neatness of finished products.
