The traditional step tile roofing machine suffered from sluggish production speeds, averaging a mere 0-4 meters per minute due to the numerous steps required on the sheet. Customers frequently inquired about ways to enhance the machine’s productivity. In response to this demand, we conducted thorough research and successfully upgraded the machine’s speed to an impressive 4-6 meters per minute.

Firstly, we incorporated a servo motor in place of the conventional motor. This innovation allows the roll-forming machine to accelerate and decelerate more efficiently after each step, significantly boosting the overall production speed.

Secondly, we swapped the chains for a gearbox in the transmission system. This change not only delivers increased power but also contributes to enhancing the production rate.

However, with the increased speed of the roll-forming machine, ensuring continuous power supply to the step mechanism and cutting device became crucial. To address this, we installed an accumulator on the hydraulic station and upgraded the hydraulic pump motor power to 7.5kw. This ensures ample and uninterrupted power for both the step mechanism and the cutting device.

Moreover, for the Adamante profile roll-forming machine, we have incorporated a unique feature: an automatic stacker. This innovative design simplifies and streamlines the process of collecting sheets, making it more convenient and efficient.
